Owner and Director Matthew Nieper was born and bred in Central Otago in the south island of New Zealand he has 15 years’ experience in Plumbing, Gasfitting, Drainage & Mechanical Services.

Matthew has a diverse range of skills to offer his customers gained from working in over 6 countries over his career so far. From high end housing and commercial projects in Queenstown to the Pacific Islands & Papua New Guinea and recently invloved with the Starmountain Plaza project in Port Moresby PNG, in 2017/2018. 

This has also included years off experience gained on the largest construction site in Western Australia leading a team of plumbers & gas-fitters on the Fiona Stanley hospital project in Perth.
 
SEMTEX LTD was founded in Palmerston North in 2015, when Matthew saw an opportunity to provide a quality service and quality products to the Manawatu region.
