Our fantastic customer service team ensure the customer is always put first.

We have a health & safety team who are here to offer support and provide a safe environment for the Semtex organisation and employees.

He thoroughly enjoys leading a team of talented people in a complex industry, seeing success in projects, people and innovation. Married to Hayley, Matthew enjoys their family time, loves motorbikes and of course all things plumbing!

Hayley is the other half of the ownership team here at Semtex and really enjoys the diversity of helping out where needed across the business. With a nerdy passion for numbers since she was a child Hayley has spent 20 years in accounts. While spending time with her family is a real highlight she also enjoys a good catch up with friends over a (well deserved) wine.
