We have a health & safety team who are here to offer support and provide a safe environment for the Semtex organisation and employees.

Matthew is the owner of Semtex with over 20 years experience in the industry. He thoroughly enjoys leading a team of talented people in a complex industry, seeing success in projects, people and innovation. Married to Hayley, Matthew enjoys their family time, loves motorbikes and of course all things plumbing!

Hayley Nieper

Hayley is the other half of the ownership team here at Semtex and really enjoys the diversity of helping out where needed across the business. With a nerdy passion for numbers since she was a child Hayley has spent 20 years in accounts. While spending time with her family is a real highlight she also enjoys a good catch up with friends over a (well deserved) wine.

With over ten years as an Accounts Administrator, Teri really enjoys the team environment here at Semtex. On the weekends, you can find her on the sidelines cheering on her children and smashing early morning gym sessions.

Delivering the best results for customers motivates Jessie each day as she works alongside our busy team. Outside of work, she enjoys scenic bike rides around the Manawatu and spending quality time with friends and family.

Jaime is our in-house Marketing Assistant. She enjoys the creative aspect of her role and the team environment here at Semtex. Outside of work, Jaime loves spending time with friends and family, as well as going on adventures with her dog, Maggie.

Penny Wadwell

Bringing 6 years of experience in civil construction, specialising in WHS and project work, Penny is passionate about safety. She enjoys working closely with the team to help ensure everyone goes home safe each day. Originally from Darwin, she recently relocated to join the Semtex team. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places and crafts.
