Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) Relining
CIPP technology allows us to install a seamless, high-strength liner inside existing pipelines,restoring functionality and preventing leaks without the need for excavation.
Curing Methods:
- UV Curing: UV light is used to rapidly cure GRP liners, offering faster installation times, increased strength, and enhanced durability.
- Steam Curing: Steam is introduced to cure the liner efficiently, providing a reliable and uniform hardening process.
- Hot Water Curing: Hot water is circulated through the liner, accelerating the curing process for larger-diameter pipes.
- Ambient Curing: Used for smaller diameter pipes and shorter lengths, this method relies on ambient temperatures to cure the liner without additional heat sources.
